Article 2 - Applicability
These terms apply to every offer from us and to every contract concluded through this web shop between us and you as a consumer.
Article 3 - The offer
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Images may differ slightly in colour due to screen settings. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind us.
Article 4 - The contract
The contract is concluded at the moment you place the order and the payment has succeeded. You will immediately receive an order confirmation by email.
Article 5 - Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are stated in the shipping policy and are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is made in advance using the payment methods available at checkout.
Article 6 - Delivery
Delivery times and shipping costs are set out in our shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you at the moment the bike is delivered to you. If we cannot deliver an order within 30 days, we will let you know and you may cancel the order free of charge.
Article 7 - Cancellation and right of withdrawal
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it free of charge via info@moevs.bike. After receipt you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Cancelling is free of charge, unless the e-bike has been used: in that case we deduct the diminished value from the amount we refund. How this works is explained in our returns and refund policy.
Article 8 - Warranty
You are always entitled to a bike that is sound and does what you may expect of it (statutory warranty). In addition, we give the following manufacturer's warranty:
- 5 years on the frame;
- 2 years on all other parts.
The battery, motor, display and electronics are covered by the 2-year warranty on the other parts. The gradual decrease in battery capacity through use and age is normal and is not a defect.
The warranty applies from the delivery date. Normal wear of parts such as tyres, inner tubes, brake pads, chain and grips is not covered by the warranty. For the battery, follow the charging and storage instructions in the manual; damage caused by incorrect charging, deep discharge or storage in freezing temperatures is not covered by the warranty. The warranty lapses in the event of misuse, accidents, unprofessional repairs or modifications, and use that does not correspond to the normal use of the bike. Our warranty never limits your statutory rights.
You report a warranty claim via info@moevs.bike, stating your order number, a description of the problem and photos.
Article 9 - Complaints
If you have a complaint, please report it as soon as possible via info@moevs.bike. We will respond substantively to your complaint within 14 days.

Article 11 - Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another EU country, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country.
